What SheetPure collects
When you create an account, we store your email address, account creation date, and usage data such as scan count. This is managed securely through Supabase with row-level data isolation — your data is never accessible to other users.
How we handle your images
Photos you upload are stored temporarily in a secure private bucket for the sole purpose of generating your in-app thumbnails. They are automatically deleted within 48 hours of upload. SheetPure never downloads, reviews, or uses your images for any other purpose.
Your scan data
The structured data extracted from your sheets — item names, quantities, and other inventory fields — is stored in your account and accessible only to you. You can export or delete this data at any time.
Payments
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. SheetPure never sees, stores, or has access to your credit card or banking information. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Accuracy
SheetPure regularly achieves 95% or better read accuracy on handwritten inventory sheets. It is designed to handle the heavy lifting of manual data entry — not to guarantee perfect results on every scan. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying exported data before use. The in-app editing tools are there for a reason.
Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to SheetPure for 30 days from your most recent billing date. After that period, your account will revert to the free tier.
